While grocery shopping the other day I've realized how routine things have become. Its not just the buying the same ingredients for the same meals. Daily life is rather routine. Get up, go to work, maybe make something real to eat and go to bed. Repeat six times a week. With one day off I don't really feel like doing anything. All week long I don't have much to look forward to. I'm not saying life is unbearable, just not exciting. I feel like I'm just existing right now. I do have a vacation lined up for next month so there is some excitement. And my dad is coming to town, but we don't do much when he is here.

So yes the good news is I'm going up to Washington State next month to visit a friend and his family and do some deer hunting. First time for deer hunting. Great planning too, his wife is due with their second kid about that time.
