So i just returned Bettis back to his old owner. Its only temporary. He kept "going" in the house while i was at work. My dad will be back in town in a few weeks, so i will get him back when my dad returns. My dad will be able to let him out during the day.

I am living with my Girlfriend at her house, we have been seeing each other for almost 2 years (met the day after I moved from back from SD) I was working construction w/ my bro for about 18mo, now I am management at a parts warehouse (remember I told u I used to work for Nissan? I'm managing parts delivery for a main generic parts distributor). Still looking for another bartender job though

woohoo. im signing the house papers tomorrow and should be getting the keys to the house next Wednesday, Thursday at the latest.
So I'm still waiting on the house. the only thing holding it up is the fines by the HOA. There is an 11K lien against the house. The seller (bank) has an attorney trying to lower the fine. The escrow company told my Realtor this is their top file right now and their vice-president is working to get this done. There was supposed to be...

Just found out that my offer on the house was accepted. Its in the preliminary stages. The Realtor has to find out exactly how much money i need and what the payments will be. I'm pretty excited
