ok i got some kids to join my band. kidyouth and the young americans. my freind james a bassist, my freind dan got his freind matt to join matt will be doing guitars. now we just need a drummer. so people seem to be down to try i out. i'll be doing vocals. i'm thinking oldschool hardcore, slapshot, neglect, negative approach, infest maybe even youth of yesterday and insted or something. so hopefully we can atleast try something out. james is kinda worried but is down to try it out. i'm a bigger old sxe dude that has his views on shit and isnt too afraid to express them so we'll see.

Good luck with the band. Every time I try to get something together, there's generally a variety of reasons to not progress. The first and most obvious is that I only know so many people that would be interested, and even then a fraction of them know how to play an instrument. This last time it came down to me on vocals and a friend on bass. We were about to put up ads and shit with our musical/personal preferences, but then we just got wrapped up in school. Any how, good luck with it.

old school--it provides so much fun and oppurtunity for a "Fuck You!" attitude. I love it. You should check out some of local Dallas hardcore bands. Darc Marc and The Balls Out Gang seems to be "our" scene's favorites. I know they're all on Myspace. hahaha.
