Okay, not that anyone actually reads this but might as well post. Lots o' new stuff been going on. Went to NYC a couple weeks ago, sorta by accident, my buddy meant to get Dallas Green tix for a show in Bullafo but got them for NYC instead. He was gonna return 'em but a friend said he could drive and we decided to make a road trip out of it. Booked a cheap hotel, grab some stuff and headed for the Big Apple. It was only my second time there but since that was more times than any of the other guys I was our unofficial tour guide. We wandered Manhattan, went to Times Square and Central Park, went up the Empire State Building at night and decided it was cool, but would be better to bring a girl with you if you're going at night, all romanticish and whatnot. We caught the ferry to Liberty Island and saw the big french statue on the second day, then we chilled and went to the show. William Elliot Whitmore opened, he fuckin kicks fuckin ass! City and Colour (no thats not a typo, I'm Canadian) was wicked too!
Just joined a band with a couple guys from school, called You Bet Your Life, they're just getting started and are replacing one of their guitarists, mostly cause he's a douche. I'm playing my first show with them on Tuesday, it's just a small talent show thing at the campus pub but it'll be my first time playing in front of an audience in about 5 years so I'm getting a bit nervous, hopefully all goes well.

I guess that's about it other than school stuff, which has been none too exciting so far this semester. Gotta get my laundry now
