......My friend died ...I found this out;it was a month ago .........coincidentally I had just called heR...thE samE daY.......and that night I found out she was dead from a overdose...........sometimes concentrating on existing....like meditating on the now can pop something in yr brain ....throw you out of space time continuam .........as if seeing yrself from outside of yrself .......like watching a scene from a fiLM.

.....just read haunted a collection shortS by Chuck ( fight Club ) Palahnuik...and was fabulously disturbed by it......I think " GUTS " was my favorite..........
