..................x girlfriend insanity.......Please female members explain the female brain to me.........as u know I live across from my X....and work for her..............I have been trying to have some sort of friendship with her but she will not hang out without me making friends with her new boyfriend.......I sent her a email recently.....asking about her acting career what she is doing with it ......why she does not feel confident enough to go on auditions..............at the end I write lets do lunch at some time in the future........... she responds with you need to accept who I am now and that includes my new boyfriend..........if you want to have lunch come over and have it with both of uS...............is it me or is this woman completely insaNe.............I do not remember instigating anything with her just asking about her career and saying lets do lunch to talk it over...............why is it that this woman who I lived with 4 7 months .....cannot hang with me by herself and is pushing something she knows will not happen......................does she have a screW looSe...?????or am I the insane OnE..........

well, i mean sure she's acting out...she seems very needy. this is a problem only she and perhaps a therapist can solve. but i mean stewing over her problems does nothing to help solve yours, right?

if it's validation you're looking for then for all it's worth i agree--the girl has problems.

on the other hand, it seems to me that your intense focus on this girl who obviously is no good for your well-being is a problem that you need to confront.

sorry if that sounded a bit blunt.

it seems that your x-chick will be a thorn in your side as long as you let her and as long as you are her subordinate. relationships (intimate or otherwise) are not destined for success if both parties are not on equal standing. resentment is bound to build. i think you should look for a new job to start. that would be the mature thing to do. trying to be her friend when she's clearly not at that point, is, well, pointless.
