Last night it was cold enough for me to bust out my flannel Hello Kitty pyjamas and I left my bedroom door open so some of the heat from the living room would come in. This was odd for me, because I never leave my door open (the people i live with are weird). The ironic part? It's warm and comfortable in my room now, but it's cold in the rest of the house. Sometimes, I swear the world is out to confuse me.
I went to the beach again today. There were so many people down there, I almost didn't get a parking space. It was insane. I was going to ask someone why there were so many people there, but I didn't bother. There was an awesome hippie van parked near me, and I stopped to take a picture of it. And some surfer dude with long hair and bare feet, clad in a wet suit, was checking it out with me. It was awesome but also really strange. If it was 30 degrees warmer and on the west coast, you'd swear it was California, minus all the yuppie cars. Either way, it was an awesome day.
