Started my Sunday by heading into work for a free hours to check on my plants and do some inventory. Was quick and easy but lots left to do this week and I’m actually a bit behind so I have to play catch up a bit. I’ll probably *try* to get to work an hour or so early so I can get a head start on a few things.
Following work i stopped by to see @tragicsuicide for a smoke sesh of course, then we headed off to brunch after searching what seemed like forever for a good spot that wasn’t packed. (SUNDAY, Duh.) Kinda nice living in a new area though because there is new and different options I didn’t have before! Upside.
Spent the rest of the day running errands before making our way back to my house to tackle some painting. Finally almost done with my bedroom and should be finished by this evening. It’s about damn time!! Meaning I’ll be able to start stashing away my abundance of clothes and shoes to free up some space in the living room.
I didn’t get to work early enough today. But I did get here on time, which isn’t common lol. So I realized over time usually the trick with my tardiness is to repeatedly tell myself I’ll arrive early resulting in being late for myself but actually being on time or early for the event/everyone else. Haha. Oh well. It’s been a lifelong problem ):
Anyway, chill weekend and no complaints. It was busy but very productive and I’m getting closer to setting my new house up. Step by step! Can’t wait to share some before and after photos :) Next is finishing touches on my kitchen cabinet! Shouldn’t take long.
