I have decided that this is going to be the year that I start living for me.
Last year, my boyfriend of 7 1/2 years found somebody else and it was over. I realised that it was time for a new start and moved from Bournemouth, Dorset to Barry in Wales. I changed my career and basically changed my entire life.
I think the biggest impact on my life happened on January 31st this year when my dad died after years fighting terminal cancer. It was this that showed me I need to live for me and not wait around for someone else.
well, so far this year I have two new jobs, a fantasic best friend who has been there for me through thck and thin, I'm living on my own and supporting myself. It's hard, but all the mistakes I make are mine and all the success is mine too.
