Thanks to halcyonschism I just watched the HBO special on Suicidegirls.
Wow is all I have to say... I just sat here and watched it twice in awe. I am SO proud to be on here with all of you amazing women.. so proud to be waiting with my set queued, Knowing that one day I will go up. I was kinda ancy.. But now I am glad I have some time to get used to the site and interact with all of the kick ass members.
How was my weekend? good. Shopped alot. Looked around.. Went to an amazing store called Quixote.. It's modern organic furniure, got so many ideas to decorate, And stuff you can make..Tons of ideas. I have soo many freakin projects going at once..

I love it! I asked for the same cut, Just a bit more angle.. I don't know why I thought long hair was so cool..Short hair is soo much easier.

-- Took in a strawberry shortcake tank today, Got a big hot pink skirt I'm going to turn into a frilly little girl skirt with black tulle underneath.. It's 100% acetate.. It's going to be cute if I can get it done right.
Still sewing purses like crazy. But that's normal.
Finished the slide lamp.. Very proud of it..

The coolest part is I've had these slides for almost 6 months now.. And I got them in a mail trade.. They are from a family vacation in the 60's.. To Yellowstone.. There are little kids, bears, a geyser.. It's really neat... A little look into the life of someone else..
