Training for RPS is pretty tough!! There some reflex training and a lot of hand crunches and elbow stretches.Thats the physical part of the training and then you have the mental.You need to get in touch with your RPS instinct.You need to know your opponent.All this plays part in how good you can really be.......

I too em an un-wed mommie and the daddie and I have lived together since Our son came home from the hospital...
