Well yesterday kicked my ass. It started early and ended late and in between sucked balls. I was awakened at 6 am to a call telling me that one of my guys got a DUI. He got his DUI after celebrating another of my guys 21st birthday. Mr. 21 called in sick at 4:30 am all wasted. The message was priceless but the KM decided to call him in to work anyway. Needless to say he was in sad shape and left after an hour because he couldn't stop puking. So all this happened the night before we have a 350 person duet plate off site catering and a super busy Saturday at the house. As it turns out another one of my key guys was in the car for the DUI fiasco. And once I got the story from those two it turns out that not only did they get stopped for DUI they ran from the cops. The good part of that is that the other guy got away which is good because he is on some super intense probation and getting caught would have meant at least a year in jail for him. The driver got fucked though, DUI, Possession of pot under 2.5, evading, 2 counts of failure to signal a turn, resisting arrest. He didn't get tazed but they released the dogs on him in the end. I remember my early twenties, I am not that fucking old, but with out three of my main guys on one of the most important days of the summer the whole day was a bitch. I worked the fuck out of mr. DUI. He was the last one to leave after the trailer was unloaded at the end of the night. The owner and the GM rode him all day and he got plenty of lectures. All the guys I took to the off site left him to ride with the owner to the event and when we got back they all clocked out and bounced before the trailer got there knowing the boss would make him stay and put it away. The party was for the fucking Masons. They ate like wild dogs and drank like fish. They also added about 30 people right as dinner started giving us no time to make any more of anything. In the end they all got a plates but the last twenty or so just got chicken and not chicken and steak but at least they all got to eat. I doubt we get that party again next year. I really don't like doing thing for the Masons just in case the rumors are true and they rule the world. So after 15 hours I came home exhausted. The wife made me something to eat and put me to sleep. I woke up at ten for breakfast and then immediately went back to bed til about three. Kind of a day off wasted but I still ache all over and I could go right back to sleep now.

Well i should try to salvage the rest of my day and spend some time with the Ziz. Have fun SG.
