Man one day off a week is just not enough. Work is crazy busy and just getting busier and crazier. The new sous started this week. She seems like a cool chick and she is considerably more down to earth than the exec so hopefully she can help get things nailed down and organized. Banquets have picked up because of a couple big weddings and parties that went well so that is good for me. I should be able to stay in the back and do what I like.

The wife had to go back to work for a while tonight so the girls and I are eating dirty rice and watching adventure time. They are digging school. Ms. Sun has signed up to be on safety patrol so I guess I am raising a dork. I was on safety patrol too when I was in grade school. Are town had its first school shooting this week. Shots were fired but no one was hurt. That shit is so crazy. I know that school sucks but why shoot at school? If you are going to blow off some steam shoot a stop sign like the country kids do. Time for showers and bed. The youngest has taken to tattooing herself. At least she generally writes dad on one arm. Yesterday it was chef in chinese.
