am hurting this morning. Yesterday I worked a wedding. It was a hellish plate up because they had more foods on the plate than I had dudes to put it on so it was slow and cramped and just generally a pain in the ass. Twice I ended up cutting my self, not bad or bloody just annoying. Next week the boss is on vacation that is usually a mixed bag. Everyone else will be in a good mood but I lose her doing all the question answering and talking to crazy geezers. It should be cool.
The long work day was made worse by the fact that I knew I was coming home to a happy wife. We recorded Labyrinth for the girls to watch. I got home in time to hear them clowning David Bowie for looking like a girl and wearing tights that let you see his junk. They both loved it especially Ms. Sun "its just like never ending story but with a girl!" I like watching them love the movies I grew up with and yes David Bowie looks like a girl. The girls did not agree that those characters were muppets. While the Muppet Show muppets are the best I would consider all the characters like that to be muppets: Sesame Street, Fraggles, Doozers, Emmett Otter and the jug band. I guess it is like calling all soda Coke, use the name of the best to define all the rest. What do you think are all Henson creations Muppets or just the Muppet Show ones?
So, kids to bed and let the party rage on. The wife was already having a margarita with the movie and she had gotten me some whiskey at the store so I caught up. On the way home I stopped and bought a cigar because I had come into some regs and had a taste for a blunt. Remember that I am old and married with kids and so my blunt rolling days are far behind me(ten years or so) and all my blunt rolling friends have grown up too, that being said I rolled a great blunt and it burned even to the end. My other motive fro the blunt is that the wife likes a cigar every once in a while when she is drinkin and I happen to love watching her smoke them. So half way through I lost interest in smoking started paying proper attention to the wife who had changed into what I consider to be one of her sexiest outfits and started giving me that look that says " don't wear out your tongue talking" . So the good times rolled and now I am exhausted and sore and just a touch hung over but blissful in my brain.
