Very Cool Day
The girls went to church this morning and I opted out. In that time I made a shload of corned beef and cabbage egg rolls. They have them at this place in town and the wife craves them. I made a Negra Modelo grain mustard sauce to go with them. They were a perfect compliment to the Bears winning.
Hung out with the fam all day and ended up eating dinner with my mom when she took the girls for the night so we could go see Del McCoury. What a great show. He even played the song I hollered out. We didn't get there early and we were in the second row. Great crowd for a small show. Almost two hours.
Definitely the best 25 bucks I've spent in a while. This place had Schlitz tallboys and Warsteiner on tap. That is classy as hell. The Castle is definitely a great boon to the music scene in this town.
