Good Holiday. I hope everyone is doing well. The last of my visiting family leaves tomorrow. And my new years company could be hear tonight or tomorrow. I am going to need a break hear soon, though this season has left me with quite an amazing asst. of beers and liquor. By the way if you are ever tempted to buy (the "American Scotch" as it was described to me)Stranahan's at 50 bucks a bottle don't waste your cash. It tasted like everclear some one swirled a brown magic maker around in. That aside I have been having a great time.
I got to play Santa on the phone to my friends three year old which was a blast. It was kind of spur of the moment and evidently I said right on a lot but he was sooooo excited. My own girls had a bitchin' yule. They got their WII and they each got a radio controlled toy. They run on the same frequency but I didn't think about that so when the Ziz started playing with her scorpion it made Ms. Sun's car slam into the wall. That made for five or ten minutes of awesome chaos. And yes, I bought my four year old a radio controlled scorpion. I knew that she would dig it and it is her favorite gift from our Christmas. Adults have been freaked out by it and it is kind of creepy. I got the wife the Bob Crumb illustrated Book of Genesis. She is almost all the way through it it is pretty cool. I got her a bunch of books from this new used book store down town since every thing was so cheap, 3 or 4 bucks ( the crumb was 20). For 2 bucks I got her the Dog the Bounty Hunter Autobiography which is just as glorious as it sounds, complete with pictures.
