What's up SG land? Man things have popped up all over this week. Lots of new blogs and sets, not to mention random friend requests. Hell yeah. One blog I was reading said that they weren't going to update until they got sufficient feed back. That made me laugh because she already had twenty some comments. I looked at mine and I had four comments which is pretty good for me (it might actually be my personal record) so I decided not to hold out for more.
The wife found out last night that Splitlip Rayfield is coming to Dekalb and Chicago the 2nd and 6th of November. I think we are going to try to go to one of them. Both days look to be open at work but we will only go to one. If you are at all interested in Bluegrass fused with punk rock you should check these guys out, they are from Kansas and I have seen them a bunch. The bass player play a bass made out of a car gas tank and they are the speed metal of bluegrass bands. They are playing with the Reverend Horton Heat another band I love to watch. If any one is planning to go to this let me know I'd love to meet some SG people and have a beer.
This one from Winfield in 96 I found on you tube and one of those screaming jackasses is probably me. That stage is a trailer and by the time they were done the whole thing was rocking and everyone was losing there shit, of course they were wasted and full of midnight bacon but a good time was had by all.
