Man today I got out of bed for about half an hour. What a crap week. Friday was worse than I anticipated. I was prepped and ready for more than I had reservations for( @3 we had res for 70, 206 people showed up). Then half of the stuff on the menu didn't ring up but we didn't know that for the first 15-20 minutes and so then they tried to fix it but it was only half fixed and one dish never came up. My old lady waitresses totally snaked the young waitresses stuff out of the window even though it was all together with the tickets. If you don't cook it is hard to imagine the suckage. Any way that is over.
Tomorrow I need to get some shit done. A good friend of mine from high school called me out of the blue yesterday. I have to call him back. Even though I stay away from facebook my friends sell me out to each other when they need to find me. I can't wait to talk to this guy. He is coming to town to do a movie, I wonder in what capacity.
Today I got my giant pan that I ordered for last weeks catering job. It is beautiful even if it was late getting here. 24 qt rondo and lid. It isn't as thick as some I've used but it will serve me well. I should take a picture of it. I must tend to my wife she has paused from her furious cleaning to sit and so I must take my place by her side and watch tv. Have fun.
