Lazy day today. I will grill tomorrow. The new Boondocks is action packed. Stinkmeaner three.

The wife bailed early tonight. She was not down for the A-team marathon. Can't blame her though I am excited to see the new A-Team movie. Rampage as B.A. should be a trip. My eldest is going to Kansas to visit the in-laws for twelve days. She could use some spoiling. Next year they will probably both go on this trip. That will be awesome. We don't get many multiple day periods of no children. I love them to death but I cherish my quiet moments like I never thought I would growing up. I always had everything going tv, cd, guitar, computer, now sometimes I just sit on the couch and listen to the fan. Growing up the wife was known as "the loud one" to her friends and family and while she is quite docile now, I can see that in my girls.
Work is still cool. My specials continue to be well received and my banquets have all gone off well. I can see that my boss played a part in the madness of my predecessor. Saturday about an hour and a half we were talking about the wedding and my contract said that they ate at 6:30 and she said "oh didn't I change that, they eat at 5:45". That is not the first time that she has done that in my short tenure and if she does it all the time I can see how a guy could want to strangle her. I didn't freak out because she told me in time to fire everything and plate on time but half an hour later and that would have affected the party. I knew that there would be another side of the story. I will just have to watch her closely. Still the right move. Thing at my old job continue do deteriorate. I ran into some more of my coworkers for more gossip. I'm glad I'm gone.
I should get to bed. Have fun.
