The guinea pig was a hit. It may never get to use its cage. Sunday was just a great day. We chilled and hung out all day. For dinner we ordered a shload of indian food, lamb Vindaloo, chilli chicken, chicken makhani, samosas, naan, basmati rice, everything the girls eat off the buffet except the mango lassi. Omg. I could eat indian everyday. If I were single I probably would.
Today I had to take my mom to the doc at 6:30 am, that hurt. Now I am just doing laundry and watching Young Frankenstein. I got some andouille at the meat store last week so tonight I am making jambalya. I have some peppers that need used along with some left over chicken. It is shaping up to be a good one, a classic use up left overs dish. I can't wait to get it started.
We played at the bar again this week. A friend from North Carolina came up so he sat in and we played a little blue grass along with the honky tonk set. I have never been a purest when it comes to music plus I know tons of country songs but they are mostly tear jerkin' beer cryin songs. Bluegrass may be dark but at least its fast. Some guy was taking pictures he is supposed to get them to us so maybe I can finally post a pic of me doing something beside standing and smiling(or sitting and scouling).
