I was right, we went bowling and drinking after the rah rah meeting. Free drinks and bowling, most of the combatants left after one game so the fireworks were understated at best. Three hours of meeting and two hours of bowling and beer only three hours of cooking. Not the worst day. Took the girls out to indian buffet after words and ended up pretty chill watching Inglorious Bastards. The movie was not as gory as I had been lead to believe, scalpings aside, but it was good. Today was a lazy day. Good football games and bitchin dinner. Made carnitas out of left over roast with refried black beand and rice. The youngest ate three tortillas worth which is quite an accomplishment as she is a hard one to keep at the table. I love turning the left over stuff into better stuff. I don't do it at much at home but I do it at work for employee meal all the time. The other guys just chuck left overs in the steamer and put them out as is. I can't do that or eat that myself. Just because lunch is free doesn't mean it has to be nasty. Back to the grind tomorrow. Pretty busy for
January that is a good sign. Checks should start getting back to normal soon enough. The wife is watching Big Love it has gone over the edge this season. It went from tweeked to mexican soap opera in two seasons. I wish they would make more Boondocks. I did wach the new cartoon Archer it has
Jon Benjamin who was Mcguirk on Home Movies. He is one of my favorite voices. Archer is pretty funny,it has a good cast and scripts. I need to get back to my wife Big Love is almost over.
