Today I finally got going on some pics for my profile and changed my little pic. Quite a feat to sift through the millions of pics of kids to find the eight of the adults. The wife is out early with some ailment that hasn't gone away for a month. Hopefully this round of meds will take it out.
Today was a rare sunny day in Illinois in the fall. Way to nice to go to work. I have made five different soups already this week. I love soup weather. Tomorrow I will make three more. I can't wait to start cooking winter food at home. Roasts and stew, shepherds pie and chili all of these things, just as important as flannel and bourbon, make the cold seasons my favorite.
