I am finally going to update.

I have been doing freelance catering work for the last three months. I'm kind of over it. I need a new challenge. I may be getting a great opportunity to be part of a hotel opening in the city in the fall. It would be really cool to do and it would be a great learning experience for me. I am in talks with them now but it is taking forever. I'm getting tired of waiting to here back from them.

Aside from that, our wedding is growing closer. It's going to be really nice and really simple. My girl did a great job of putting it together. She has great taste. I guess thats why we're together.

Then there's our trip. I have booked an amazing trip through Italy. Starting in Venice and ending in Rome. I cant wait to see all the beautiful places and eat some amazing food. The bonus is that the tattoo convention is going to be going on in rome when I am there. I may add some work to my food arm if I can find an Italian artist that is good and is interested in doing some work for me. I figured it would be fitting since I will be in italy and their is some amazing food there. I was thinking of maybe a big purple artichoke or maybe some porcini mushrooms or a can of anchovies. Something that would be cool and is indigenous to Italy.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
