Okay, I mostly like where I live. It's a decent apartment building, decent facilities, rent, not much noise...
BUT
every time I open the window...I'm 6 floors up from the back loading dock, and every day, god I just open my window to just get a little OXYGEN, a little AIR, and it seems like every fucking time now, EVERY GODDAMN TIME there is some DIESEL VEHICLE or some FUCKING PIECE OF DIESEL-RUN EQUIPMENT down there running and sending fumes up into my place. How much loading and building crap can they be doing in this building?? How much diesel equipment and vehicles can there be in the world backing it's ass up to my building???
Our modern society...free to buy all the crap you want...just don't ask for a solitary friggin breath of non-machine-exhaust-blown air...
ps - I enjoyed the first portions of Godard's movie Weekend, in which he depicted modern society (circa 1966) as a constant state of car horns and traffic jams. If someone were to remake the movie today, they'd have to add LOTS OF CELL PHONE RINGING AND CAR ALARMS...

TRIPLE-P-s! - Okay, I edited out some of the swear words from this journal. Perhaps some perspective was in order. I'd tell you all to go to Emily's journal and petition that she LEGALLY ADOPT me, but I'm afraid some of you would actually do it. I don't wanna dis my mom, but Emily would be....an adequate replacement. Sorry, mom. Um, sorry Emily too, I guess (?). Also, I was almost late to work putting in photos on here, up above, the My Stuff stuff, so please check them out. They aren't impressive yet but...just wait til I get a scanner, digital camera, n crap...
