In my hazy, Cape Codder state, I am realizing my Journal this week is turning into a tribute of sorts... a tribute to the women of SG. SOME are actual SGs of SG... some are NOT... but it is a tribute. I am going to now put up pics of ptgny the inspirational Portland person:
I've been watching 3 things- South Bank Show episode on Warhol; James Burke's Connections season 1 finale, which I suppose is the first time I've seen it since.... 1978 or so.... maybe less; Festival Express DVD. I am trying to watch them over and over and over and over and over again until Edie Sedgwick becomes James Burke becomes Chris Hillman becomes the guy who invented the arc light becomes Janis Joplin becomes Gerard Malanga becomes me. I cannot suggest more.

Argh the check cashing business sounds really frustrating!
Yeah your SG activity sounds close to the same as mine. The boards really turn me off. SG friends are where it's at! I haven't really ventured much into the albums... I should probably check those out. I don't really know what they're about.
I'm sure Warhol's reality TV was way better. College kids and desperate celebrities are no fun to watch. That's one of the main reasons I don't want Annie to do it... I don't want her to go into the "desperate celebrity" category. Too late maybe.
Is the Ribena Spark the British soda?? Or was it British candy you were talking about? Well if it's British soda, that stuff must be awesome.
I promise - sunday you will have email
