I want to say HI to the folks from last night! As you can see, I've floated Friend requests your ways. I guess you all know how to check on people's Journals, to see if they're, ya know, what you wanna be reading all the time. I generally write about bits of history/ the arts I see at work (library)(a lot of it from book reviews), movies and books, and a little of the same stuff everyone else writes about (dumb crap like locking your keys in your car). I somtimes poll questions or put quotes:

Finished Slaughterhouse Five on Friday. I liked it, although I thought it would be longer, for some reason. I still disagree with the man himself, Kurt, who rated this and Cat's Cradle way higher than Breakfast of Champions. The latter is so much more thorough in pursuit of questions about society and life. If it is pushily post-modern, hey, whatever-- it's his most fascinating book, by quite a margin.
