Hey folks, I figured now (if not several days ago) would be a good time to introduce my ex-, leanasidhe, named for a fairy ("faerie"?) spirit. She is very caring and lots of fun, and don't go saying dumb stuff to her, okay, cuz I'd be hellapissed... she is a local, naturally, and she writes... maybe for a living someday (?), but right now she's in the editing bizzz. Also, she's smart, so she's a liberal... she was onto Howard Dean early on and I too joined that derailed train... now I'm just gonna get mad at Kerry, but no, vote for Kerry, for god's sake!... soooo um, anyway, she has a lot of warmth for people, and is one of the hardest-working folks I know... but don't work too hard, E, what with your marriage coming up and all. Don't wanna get stressed.

This is a really bad introduction but hell, I dunno, she's cool! ...as I've said in my Profile, how do you summarize a person?? So, welcome leanasidhe.

...oh, I know one thing I wanna mention: when we dated, we knew each other for a long time as just coworkers... we just said "hello" at work, and started talking... but one of the things that really made me want to go out with her was a pic she emailed me of her and her garden gnome, Barnaby. That was the kicker.... there's something about a girl with a gnome.
