Not much going on. Got taxes done. Would feel better about getting this money back from the govt if I didn't know that we're hugely in debt now, due to the current administration.

Had two cans of Ribena this afternoon. Almost went back to the shop for a third. A fourth would've been overkill, though.


Been reading the MJ Simpson bio of Douglas Adams. God, I thought I was a procrastinator!! Apparently he did an episode of The South Bank Show in 1992, the theme of which was his procrastination of writing. He had people playing characters from The Hitchhiker's Guide... (Simon Jones, David Dixon) and the friend of his who was the model for Dirk Gently playing Dirk, and the characters all talked about how hard it was for Douglas to come up with their lines.
The clincher-- Douglas wrote the episode as a way of procrastinating on writing Mostly Harmless... so he was procrastinating writing a book by writing an hour-long TV show about procrastinating writing a book.
