I have like FOUR pages of Bookmarks still to get to, but really want to go out and live my life and stuff on this Saturday morning that's rapidly becoming afternoon, so I will write to many of you later and write a real Journal that will include:

-the US won BRONZE in men's curling!!
-the somewhat haggered-ass figure skating long program night
-last night
-I got my vehicle
-verifythis wants me to do that 7s thing; I don't object, other than I want to steal a bunch of people's answers
-maybe other crap from this afternoon, maybe I'll mention others SGers (which will delight their agents and sponsors)

I've already read about 80% of all my Bookmarks, but time's a-fucking-off.

8pm- I took a bunch of pics of the art at Arlington Arts Center today. Old-style camera, disposable, so I should be able to develop and post them in a few days.
I, relevantswitch and ex-SGerKaraLynn were at the Red Room Bar last night to meet the DC rollerderby girls. I'd like to say there was a festive event feel to it, semi-formal meet-and-greet/ introductions/ swag/ pageantry, but really it was a lottt more informal than that; it was just folks hanging around at the bar. I did speak to a couple of them, though, and Kara and switch were funn to see/ hear/ smell.
The Olympic stuff prob doesn't mean crap-o to most folks anyway; I'll just do the meme (if that's the right word) thing tomorrow.
