3) What song would you like to make a short-film or long film about?

I know Sean Penn did a film about some Bruce song on Nebraska. I would like to do films based on songs from Katy Lied....ever since a friend said that Russ Tamblyn's doctor from Twin Peaks would be a good Doctor Wu, I've totally fixated on dream-scenes and insanity to drape around that song and "Everyone's Gone to the Movies"...which is apparently about a dirty old guy hosting porno parties for younger folks...which also fueled the Bard College fantasies I mentioned a while back...

4) What song would you like to do a video for?

There are so many, I'll have to think about this one myself over the weekend...

3) "In Every Dream Home A Heartache" by Roxy Music I can think of two close calls. Breakfast Of Champions and American Beauty. I could put something together, though.

3. "Don't Leave Me" by Jacques Brel -- pathetic, masochistic protagonist. Yes.

4. Because it's recent, and because it's beautiful: "From a Shell" by Lisa Germano. It breaks my heart every time I hear it.
