The end of another short weekend and probably the beginning of another long week. Of course, another week like last week would bring in more overtime money. If I survive, that is.
It's been windy today. A little rainy, but not as much as they predicted. It's supposed to rain tonight, too. The wind blowing through the hickory, oak and dogwood trees in the dusk is a pretty sight.
I watched Aeon Flux on dvd this weekend. I liked it! I'm not sure why it got such a bad rap. I mean like most science fiction things, it's a bit implausible in spots, but that's the way sf is. I never watched the mtv show, in fact I had forgotten it existed. If you haven't seen it, don't be scared by the bad reviews, you might like it.
I'm also digging the Godsmack cd IV. It's really good. I wouldn't mind seeing them in concert this year, so far they only have Canadian and Alaskan dates listed. They were really good on Leno last week, too.
