This morning I did a little work here. But I didn't have my camera.
Then later, I did some work for "Lynyrd Skynyrd Lady". Her husband is a cousin of the Van Zants of Lynyrd Skynyrd, .38 Special, and the Van Zants. Almost every wall in the house is covered with concert posters, promo pics, and candids; most of them autographed.

Amazon doesn't do anything until you make a report. Unfortunately, you can only make a report after 30 days. Then, you have to wait another two weeks for Amazon to investigate the claim filed and decide whether to act. Luckily, I was able to make a report the day after I bought the camera. I called and told them about the fraud emails I was getting, the request to send money via Moneygram, and the failure to give me my refund after I asked. So I had a lot of things to back me up.
The day I posted my journal, I received my refund.
Friday I went to BestBuy and bought my camera.
I'm very happy.

Another holiday week, another holiday week that I get fucked over. Nothing like a three day weekend followed by a fifteen hour workday. And of course it's not overtime because of the holiday this week.

That is so true. I tried Match, Matchmaker, Bust Personals and JDate on a dare from my girlfriends who said I was getting weird and turning into a carmudgeon.
I had a good time and met some great people, including one SG member (deadmoon), but I don't think I would ever attempt it again. I like being a carmudgeon.
