Things here are as can be expected. Could be much better, could be much worse. I would make a long list of everything that I can't wait to do that I can't do here, but that would just be a frustrating exercise. The good news is that I have plenty of time to work out, and plenty of time to read. If I can just focus on that and make the best of it, maybe it won't feel as much like wasting a year of my life.

I need sex, and its rough (and will continue to be) not just saying fuck it and getting some here. It's just much harder to turn it down here than it is at home.

I've decided that I'm not going to finish my degree when I get back. I want to do some more college rowing, but that doesn't make up for all the bullshit that I would have to put up with. I'm just going to find a good job on a PD somewhere and go with it. I was planning on buying a Harley when I got back too, but that one is canceled as well. I already have a bike, and it would be stupid to buy a really expensive one when I love the one I already have. Plus it will be fun being able to do the work on it myself.
