Thought it would be fun to jump on this bloggy bandwagon started by @rambo! This is a tough call, as I've been some pretty amazing places. I think my most favorite has been Japan. I adore Tokyo. It's the cleanest, most orderly, most amazing combination of traditional and modern culture I've ever experienced. The people are so friendly, and while most of them don't speak English, they always want to try to help you (and multiple people wanted their picture taken with me because I'm pale as fuck with light eyes). I also got to go to Tokyo Disneyland, which was a huge deal for me as my Disney love knows no bounds. The park was amazing, and I have never seen any culture love Disney more than the Japanese. NONE. Grown adults bum rushing Mickey. People waving at strangers on the train and those people waving BACK. And don't even get me started on the food. I miss Tokyo every day, so I guess that would make it my favorite (foreign) destination. My favorite domestic destination is Disneyland...in fact, I'm headed there this very moment. :)
