well, the pendulum has swung back & i am no longer in such a foul coutenance. you are glad you were not around me yesterday. i spent most of yesterday skukling about, communicating only in grunts, knocking everything around, and generally being loads of fun. i get extra frustrated in those moods because i've given over so many of my "coping mechanisms" (read: self-destructive impulsive behaviors that temporarily soothe the savage beast). however, the reliable adrenaline/endorphin rush of beating the inanimate life out of a bag of sand came through for me as usual. funny, because after the gym "everything's zen" came on the radio, and i was forced to respond "yr right, there is no sex in my violence". it made me laugh.

funny things i did think about yesterday: i'm not terribly slight for day to day movement, but i'm rather wee for skulking so i was mostly skull-king ~ i.e. being all poe about it in my face. ha!
also, i'm terribly fond of saying i have ants in my pants when i don't want to be working. yesterday i had angst in my pangst. ha!

seriously, kill me for that business. terrible. this is how i know part of me is an 80yo in boca.

well, i'm still not particularly quick of wit even if i'm not acting like primitive (wo)man, so i shall sign off for now. the summer solstice is coming ~ who wants to dance naked around a bonfire at the witching hour?
