So, the ball's rolling.

The health and safety people are coming out to complete a risk assessment on the shop and I've had my first conversation with some solicitors.

Not sure quite how I feel about this. Pleased as something's being done and hopefully won't happen to anyone else, but bad as it's had to be me to do it. We've only been here in this small town since August and I've only been working at the shop for 5 weeks. I'm concerned that it's going to cause a lot of ill feeling when this all gets out.

But I can be a tough old bird when I need to be so just got to bite the bullet and go for it. This could have happened to a 5 month pregnant girl working there at the moment and I dread to think what could have happened to her in the same situation.

On the plus side, have gone dark again. Yey me! Had a moment of weakness over the summer and put highlights in my hair. A good look for about 5 minutes until you realise that they look shit...So brunette again and I promise that there will be some pics of me soon. Just plucking up the courage for all and sundry to see what I look like!
