A chest cold crept up on me over night. frown
Seems like I'm getting smacked with something every couple of months.
Any home remedy suggestions?

Lot's of hot tea through the winter and if you have a good Chinese restaurant around a hot and numbing soup will do wonders. Also, try to keep your sleep schedule consistent and pop a multi vitamin.
