That journal entry is the first time I've ever written that view down. I understand that it is not practical, nor would it be understood or agreed with by the majority of the population. I guess the best way to phrase it is to say that my view is the reason I won't have kids, but I don't expect anyone else to agree with me, nor do I feel strongly enough about it to let it influence my views of other people.

I was not equating dogs to toys. I was trying to point out that your entry appears to equate what you get from your dog as to what you want from a woman.
