My son, he's 7, was sent to the principles office today.. for the third time this year.. school's only been back in session for a month and a half.
This time he called a kid a 'butt crack'.. normally not a huge deal but he seems to be starting a pattern of assholeness that is unlike him... last time he was sent to the office was for kicking a kid in the back.
Who the fuck is this kid and what did he do with my son? They aren't supposed to turn into dipwads until they turn 13!
I was talking to him about his 'issue' today and he sat there laughing.. thought it was really fucking funny that he's an asshole and is well on his way to being suspended! SUSPENDED at 7 years old.. SECOND FUCKING GRADE!
Ok.. so they (the school) say that they think he may have ADHD. Fine.. fucking put him on meds and lets get my kid back.. because the kid that's here is NOT the child I raised...
Last weekend I sent him on a play date.. cut the apron strings a little and let him out of the house to go play with a friend.. obvious mistake on my part.. who IS this kid sit on my sons bed? Honestly, this is NOT my child. My child is a sweet boy that cries at Finding Nemo when the mommy dies. My child is a sweet boy that knows I've had a bad day and offers a hug.
I can't fucking stand this. I want to fucking strangle him but don't believe in hurting children so I scream in my own brain as loud as I can until I feel better.
This is insane. His teacher is going to call me tomorrow for a phone coference to discuss my sons behavior and to find out what can be done to control him because apparently she spends 90% of her day just trying to keep him in his chair and on task.
How is a kid that can sit in front of a video game machine for 4 hours have any sort of attention issues? He's like Dr. Jeckell and Mr. Asshole... at home, he's normally fine.. at school he's an idiot.
Why? Seriously, someone explain this to me because I want to rip all my fucking hair out.
Oh, and my paycheck was late. AGAIN. My rent check bounced.
