Until just now I had a theory Shingle Springs didn't exist. I had a friend who moved there when I was 14, and I never heard from her again. When asked where she moved, I always responded "Shingle Springs" and everyone always responded with a puzzled look and said "Where? Do you mean Warm Springs? Soda Springs? I've never heard of Shingle Springs." If you find a Heather Kline running around, tell her I said hello. You must be the only two people in that town, so it can't be too hard.
