So just a quick update:

Started a new job, building Trailers for ATCO...It's pretty fun, I get to play with cranes and stuff.

Pretty tired...I have a cold, but hope to get out this weekend, if anyone is doing anything exciting?

Went on the Calgary scooter gang ride today.

JoyfulDemise crashed her scooter.

She's a brave little soldier though, and the bandaid across the bridge of her nose makes her look tres kissable.

In other news rafting on the weekend was Idyllic, with nobody crashing anything.

No recipe today, I have to go cuddle JoyfulDemise and stroke her hair and tell her it's all fine.

Wooohooo!

My man Vinokourov won on the champs today. That was just hardcore balls out cycling. I love to see that.

We went rafting on saturday, and it was moderately miserable, what with the wind and the somewhat cool temperatures, but any afternoon spent with Janet and JoyfulDemise in Bikinis can't be a total loss.

Rafting might resume next sunday, though as always weather permitting....

100g strawberries
3 cups lemonade
2 scoops lemon sorbet

This should be good enough to cool you off after being outside in the sun for a long period of time.
