So, like the big badbailers we are, we bailed on RHPS...
...No real excuses, just that we got up far too early on saturday, worked all day, and by 10pm were too exhausted to fling toast in a movie theater.
We suck, I know.
In other news, Janet is sick with the same malady I had last week, though luckily either not as badly, or she is less wimpy than me, because she is bearing up well under the nausea, violent cramping and fatigue. Damned flu.
Weight down to 218. Only 18lbs more to get to training weight for velodrome this year, but I am not sure I will be entering yet.
Remarkably boring and mundane journal entry today, but now I must go and eat the pancakes that joyfuldemisehas made for us. MMMM maple syrup, pancakes from scratch, crispy bacon...MMMM I have the best girlfriend EVER!!!

To note, I'm alot better now then I ever have before, and as hard as this may be to believe, 99% of the time I"m quite fine.
