I am sick.
Not ill, not under the weather, not peaked.

I went to the doctor. She said I have a cold. It feels more like the opening stages of the pneumonic form of the black death.
My eyeballs hurt. My tongue feels swollen. My head is pounding. I have a resting heart rate of 52, but today I can't go up the eight steps to my sleeping loft without panting and feeling dizzy.
I think I have actually coughed up one of my smaller internal organs. Possibly my pancreas. Does anyone know what a pancreas looks like? Is it greenish?
My doctor assures me I will feel better in a few days, personally I am just resigned to death.
