It feels like forever since I have been on here...
The lost time that I was on here my internet got disconnected. I am currently at a friends house using theirs. I am currently homeless. The ex has a house that i moved her into last week. My one friend and I moved a 4600 sq. foot house by ourselves with his Nissan Titan and my Toyota Land Cruiser. It took us six and a half days. She has a house and I do not because she has the kids. I also still give her all of my paycheck. The kids do not need to suffer through this, I am enough for all of us. I take out a couple hundred each check to get by for two weeks. She is currently out of town on vacation (must be nice). So I am staying at her place until she gets back. The prob is there is no water, gas or TV/ Internet. I did finally get them connected for her, but they wont be until I go back to work. Just in time for her though and those precious kids. Its strange I have a good paying job with 50 hours plus a week yet I still feel like a freakin bum. Hopefully soon her jobs will start to pay off and I can start to reap the rewards, of at least from my own money.
As for work. It hasn't been to bad. I have been trying to make the most of it. We all have been taking that approach and having fun out there. I made it past the latest wave of lay offs. I seems that no one is safe from them. The next round is supposed to be supers and managers. I worked Christmas night. It got as low as 20 degrees and it snowed. Which was awesome. I played in it like I was a kid again.Later I payed for it and froze my ass off. It is crazy to me to think how it can be 120 degrees in the summer and 20 degrees in the winter. Oh yeah I almost forgot the wind chill factor, we cant forget that demon. Like I have mentioned in previous blogs I work outside on the ground in a copper mine. There isn't any shelter out there to get away from the elements except your pick up. That is if the heater works. They are making cut backs everywhere.
All in all LIFE is good... LOL
