Blah... can't sleep. Can't think of anything to do. Tried talking to people on IM, which failed miserably because my ISP sucks. Suggestions of ways to pass time highly welcome at this point. Even if I don't use them immediately I'll keep interesting ones in mind, because this sort of thing happens more than I'd like it to.

Draw. Paint. Write. Do something mentally exhausting or mentally relaxing. Count stars. Write letters you never intend to send. Alphabetize things. Go for a walk. Write emails to old friends... hmm, maybe I have too much time on my hands.
