I always used to give a friend of mine a hard time about being into JPop, but somehow I have become completely hooked on it in less than 24 hours because of one AMV (anime music video). Motherfucker...
Idunno... not neccesarily a bad thing, but it keeps catching me off guard... it's all like "holy shit! JPop!"
Conclusions? Pop music in Japan has one key difference from pop music in America. It doesn't suck ass. Which might have something to do with the fact that I have no idea what they're saying, though (except for the three cases in which I looked up lyric translations).
