45 days, just a month and a half until I'm in New York. It's still kind of unbelievable. Amelie hadn't known me very long before she invited me and, putting aside that I hadn't known her very long either, I accepted before I even knew I'd have a way there. I know. Screwed up.
But things have gone very well indeed for this monkey the last few months, mostly thanks to college tuition refunds. I've even been doing well scholastically for the first time in... uhm... a while. Not that i'm a dummy; I just normally don't give a fuck. Good grades are nice, though. So is money. And so is finding a girl I like more than anyone in the whole world.
