I’ve had my braces on for 10 months! 😬 I had another alignment on Tuesday. My back left molars that I’ve had to attach the rubber band to aren’t straightening up as fast as my ortho would like, so we have to wait another month to see if they move. Next month we start the process of moving 8 molars and 4 pre-molars forward to fill in the gaps. This is going to fucking hurt! My ortho changed the wire on my braces to surgical steel which is the last wire I will wear. This wire isn’t as flexible as the previous wires which allows my teeth to straighten even more in the next few months and assists with the alignment of my molars when they’re moved forward.
