There's something similar in Scotland, and they call her 'The Cailleach'. The Doctor's fourth incarnation (Tom Baker) battled against an alien criminal posing as the Cailleach, in the 1978 Story 'The Stones Of Blood' It's a good one, too. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
