I've been spending a lot of time trying to take photographs that look like old Dutch paintings. It's this cold weather coming in, you know, keeping me indoors. Maybe now I'll start finding time again for all the things I've neglected in my life. I've been feeling down lately, like how in my younger days I seemed to have accomplished much more each individual day. I'm sure this is just a passing feeling, but it is currently here nonetheless.

this cranky old dude was supposed to come crash our thanksgiving dinner, but thankfully he's not anymore, so it will be just the three of us, chillin and relaxin.
